Hashtag Member Spotlight: Jackie Ryle

We’re so grateful to have Hashtag member Jackie Ryle participate in our member spotlight this month. She is always so eager to contribute and shows kindness to everyone she meets. Thank you Jackie!

Where are you from?

Modesto, CA

How did you find Hashtag?

Originally aware, I spent a lot of time in Tower. Didn’t join until later.

What do you do? What kind of business do you run/work for?

Facilitator, consultant, adjunct professor at Alliant International University. I am also a life and organizational coach

What’s your go to productivity trick?
High energy, laser focus!

How has Hashtag contributed to your productivity/success?

Not just having a resource for space, but the personal and professional connections, including talking about Hashtag is a great connector.

What is the one thing you miss the most about Hashtag?

Being there! Feeling the energy. Seeing the people! My swing chair. Ok,  that’s four – couldn’t stop myself!

What would you want a prospective Hashtag Member to know?

That the resource base is endless. Workspace is really the least of it! When I’ve invited folks to meet me there, I have never failed to include at least one connection for future reference and to introduce them to the value of both Hashtag and Bitwise overall!

In the past, what was your favorite Hashtag event?

Definitely the opening! So much fun, and I saw everyone! I know it went beyond Hashtag, but I’ll take this opportunity to say what a wonderful experience the No Place Like Home Virtual Culture Fest was. Absolutely loved it!

What things are you looking forward to when Hashtag re-opens?

Being there. Reconnecting – with you and everybody and with the energy!

What is something that surprised you about Hashtag when you became a member?

How much I would love being there and how comfortable I felt.

If you could add one thing to Hashtag, what would it be?

Having the coffee bar open; food to have lunches there.

What’s one of your favorite Hashtag memories?

Again, the opening. And creating the promo video with the team and Gordon was wonderful!

What is something you’ve learned during shelter in place, why is it important?

Validation of how important it is to be connected and work with others. Part of the essential value of Hashtag!

Would you recommend Hashtag to others?

Absolutely! And I have!
