Connecting at Bitwise Cowork

Here at Bitwise Cowork, gathering and connecting has always played an important role in building our community and our relationships. That’s why each month we do our best to host different events that allow our members to get creative and also get to know each other!

Before the pandemic, we hosted a variety of events in the lower half of Cowork: everything from game nights, pot lucks, and paint parties to yoga, coffee cuppings, and Kombucha workshops! We always make sure to have something for everyone. One of our longest standing events has been Waffle Wednesday, which takes place on the first Wednesday of every month. Though things have shifted from in person events, Waffle Wednesdays have remained! It may be virtual now, but the relationships and connections made each month have been just as important and impactful.

As the pandemic continues on, we’ve become aware of the need for more connection in the Cowork community. While we love Waffle Wednesdays, our team is brainstorming more ways to connect than just once a month over waffles. We’re doing our best to find ways to keep our members engaged while also keeping them safe. What types of events would you like to see our Cowork community host? One-on-one meet & greets with our team? Virtual networking with members? Maybe even a digital scavenger hunt? If you have an idea for an event, feel free to reach out to our team and we’ll do our best to make it happen!

Despite the difficulties faced, we’re looking forward to rebuilding some of the diminished connections from the past year. We want to nurture our community and bring back the events that have always encouraged the building of relationships. We can’t wait to see you all again, virtually and in-person!
