Frequently Asked
Questions

  • How do I get my access code?

Once your vaccine verification is processed, you’ll receive an email from BRIVO, our new system that will give you access to your location’s Cowork space. Be on the lookout for your email, and if you have any questions, send an email to [email protected].

  • What are the hours of operation?

Monday – Sunday / 24 hrs. Open every day of the year.

  • Can my wife/husband/roommate/friend and I share a membership if only one of us uses the space at a time?

Sorry, friend! One membership per person and that cannot be transferred. We’re able to make the space accessible to people at all stages and income levels with our low membership rates. We’re able to keep our membership rates low when everyone pitches in. That’s you, too.

  • Can I hold events at Bitwise Cowork?

Conference rooms are great for meetings, but larger events need prior approval. Our first priority is to make sure that paying members have space to work. If you’d like to plan an event, contact [email protected] to find out how your event fits into the big picture.

  • I was charged and I want a refund.

The answer to your question is [email protected]. Let us know your Cowork location and your Community Catalyst will figure out what’s going on!

  • Can I put my membership on hold?

Yes and no. Canceling is easy, and signing back up is also easy. There’s no penalty for either, so start and stop your membership as you please! For cancellations, email us at [email protected] with your Cowork location.

  • Parking

Cowork members must abide by city street parking along your Cowork building. Colored parking permits are for employees and tenants.

  • What’s the wifi password?

The password was emailed to you when you first signed up. Can’t find it? No problem.
Ask one of the humans around you or at the front desk.

  • Can I bring food and drink inside?

We are currently asking that you eat using the available tables outside until COVID-19 restrictions are lifted. Water and other drinks are totally cool. Keep it clean, is all we ask.

  • How do I reserve a conference room?

All conference rooms will be scheduled through a QR code displayed on the iPads outside of each room. Please use the QR code or this link to book your conference room [the email associated with your Cowork membership and your PIN code will be requested to complete booking]. For a full breakdown of benefits by membership level, click this link.

  • How do I use the TV in the conference rooms?

You can use the remote to power up the TV and navigate to the HDMI input needed. Press the “Smart TV” button on the remote, toggle to “inputs” and select the input you need!

  • Who do I get in contact with if I have a complaint about another member?

Firstly, we hope this never happens. That said, direct all inquiries of any nature to [email protected].
A human will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • I sell __________, can I advertise to other members?

No multi-level marketing, please. And no direct selling. Sometimes transactions happen as people get to know one another, but it’s not cool to go around soliciting. Capische?

  • I want my buddy to try out the space. Can I get them a day pass for free?

YES! We love meeting new people. Please reach out to [email protected] and let us know your location to see about getting a tour scheduled for your friend and a Free Day Pass.

  • How do I print or scan stuff and things at Bitwise Cowork?

Each location is different, so be sure to ask your Community Catalyst for printer info!

  • When is staff available to be reached?

The best way to reach our staff is to send an email to our Community Catalysts at [email protected]. They’ll do their best to respond to emails Monday through Friday, 9 AM-4 PM. Security is available 24/7 at all our Cowork locations, and can be reached by calling 866-442-0472.

  • Am I allowed to bring my dog to work?

Bitwise Industries is proud to be a dog-friendly workplace. We encourage our Cowork members to bring their canine companions along to the office. However, we do require that dogs be leashed at all times, comfortable around people, and well-behaved with other dogs. Please keep in mind that any canine-caused incident at a Bitwise Cowork space may result in your membership termination.
