Irma Olguin Jr. and Jake Soberal launch Geekwise Academy–a small, affordable coding bootcamp in the Mural District of downtown Fresno which began the Bitwise Industries tech movement.
Bitwise opens South Stadium, a new 50,000-square-foot home base perfect for accommodating a growing young start-up and other entrepreneurs.
Most recognizable by its 360-degree rainbow honeycomb mural, the Bitwise Hive opens up to host even more local businesses, as well as serving as a vibrant beacon for downtown.
Bitwise|41 opens with three stories and ample outdoor space for both building tenants and Bitwise spaces–including a cowork space for local community members in and out of downtown Fresno. Bitwise attains Series A funding of $27M.
Bitwise announces five new expansion cities nationwide: Buffalo, NY; El Paso, TX; Greeley, CO; and Las Cruces, NM.
Bitwise announces the Digital New Deal, launches its rebranded apprenticeship program, and receives Series B funding of $50M. Bitwise expands outside of California to Toledo, Ohio.
Fifteen thousand plus students have walked through our doors and have secured jobs in the tech industry as a result of their training.
While our HQ will always be Fresno, Bitwise has been hard at work building tech economies all over California and beyond.
