South Stadium has three floors of office spaces and four conference rooms, plus a cafe, eatery, gym, Downtown Fresno’s first permanent parklet, EV charging stations, and a 160-seat reservable theater.

    In a previous life this space was a car-ramp. Now it features a reservable, 160-seat theater ideal for large-scale presentations, concerts, or summits. Equipped with the best sound and presentation hardware.

    The gym is typically open 24/7 for all members and is equipped to help you achieve your fitness goals. Currently, we have it closed for COVID-19 precautions. We should be reopening soon.
