South Stadium

Housed in a 100-year-old automobile dealership, this 50,000-square-foot space is known as Bitwise South Stadium. South Stadium has three floors of office spaces and four conference rooms, plus a cafe, eatery, gym, Downtown Fresno’s first permanent parklet, EV charging stations, and a 160-seat reservable theater.

Bitwise Industries State Center Warehouse features nearly 100,000 square feet of 100-year-old brick, wood, and character throughout. Situated in the heart of California and downtown Fresno, Bitwise HQ houses our staff and a mix of private office suites, support services, high-tech amenities, and an expansive marketplace that includes a variety of eateries. State Center Warehouse will open in early 2023.
